The Ultimate Fighter to Feature Another Comeback Season?

| by

The fourth season of The Ultimate Fighter featured a different setup, as fighters were brought in with UFC experience, but looking to make a comeback. The winner received a title shot for winning the event.

Among those that competed were Matt Serra, Chris Lytle, Patrick Cote, Travis Lutter and Jorge Rivera. Serra even went on to win the UFC welterweight title, stunning Georges St-Pierre.

"People keep asking me about the comeback. It was a great season, and the craziest part of that whole season is Matt Serra wins it and actually wins the title; it was crazy," said White, during a recent interview on a post-fight FUEL TV show. "The answer is yeah, we're looking to do a lot of different stuff now with The Ultimate Fighter: Live and that would be a fun one."

The live finale for TUF airs on June 1 from Las Vegas, while coaches Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber square off in July for the UFC bantamweight championship.
