UFC on Fox 3: Diaz vs. Miller goes down this May 5 at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
At the top of the card, lightweights Nate Diaz and Jim Miller will do battle to improve their position in the 155lbs. division. Diaz and Miller will be supported in the co-main event by 170-pounders Josh Koscheck and Johny Hendricks.
Those four fighters, in addition to heavyweights Pat Barry and Lavar Johnson, as well as Alan Belcher (his opponent, Rousimar Palhares, couldn't attend due to visa issues) and UFC president Dana White, comprised the dais for a pre-fight press conference held today in New York in promotion of the event.
The following are notes and quotes from the presser.

Popular VideoThis young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true:
-Belcher considers this last few years of relative inactivity as the calm before the storm. He says he's rededicating himself to go on a run to the title.
-White won't say that MMA will be legalized in New York this year, but believes it's inevitable and that they'll grind away until it happens.
-Koscheck thinks Hendricks dropped Jon Fitch with a lucky punch; Hendricks thinks it was anything but.
-White believes Rousey-Tate was big for WMMA, thinks Rousey will be a big star, but still sees WMMA as being too shallow for sustained viability.
-Barry says he and Johnson both are allergic to jiu-jitsu and rounds two and three. Don't expect any basic level grappling from these two, says Barry.
-Koscheck gives respect to Hendricks for winning the NCAA title twice.
-"I thought they both did really well. It was a good fight. That's all." - Diaz on Edgar-Henderson.
-Diaz is looking forward to having an opponent who comes in and fights him, not one who stalls for the duration of the fight.
-Koscheck "feels like (he) got a new life" since setting up his own training camp. Guarantees that everyone will see the best Josh Koscheck they've ever seen.
-Miller thinks Edgar-Henderson was close, doesn't believe Edgar fought the way he usually fights, or wanted to engage with Henderson on the mat. Thinks Edgar could win the rematch or "tear through some guys at 145 as well."
-White says he and Edgar will talk today to figure out the whole situation.
-Miller and Diaz both looking forward to fighting five rounds. Diaz: "Sometimes fifteen minutes just isn't enough."
-Diaz thinks Gilbert Melendez should be the champion "but they're keeping him in Strikeforce."
-Johnson believes a win over Barry puts his name on the map.
-No updates on Norifumi "Kid" Yamamoto or Yoshihiro Akiyama's status with the UFC.
-Barry reveals he's moved to Minnesota to work with Death Clutch full time.
-Koscheck on whether or not he'll fight Jon Fitch now that he's at a new gym: "No."
-Barry says a move to light heavyweight isn't out of the question.
