Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey Medical Suspensions

| by

The Ohio Athletic Commission has announced the medical suspensions for this past Saturday's Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey event. Miesha Tate, who lost her women's title to Ronda Rousey in the main event, is one of four fighters issued indefinite suspensions.

Tate suffered a nasty submission loss to Rousey via armbar, but has since revealed she did not have any bones broke in the loss. It is likely, though, that Tate suffered ligament damage.

Along with Tate, Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza, Roger Bowling and Conor Heun all face indefinite suspensions. Souza announced he has a broken hand, while Bowling and Heun also likely suffered the same fate.

Here is the complete list of medical suspensions, which were confirmed via, from the card:

Miesha Tate: Suspended indefinitely, left elbow

Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza: Suspended indefinitely, possible broken hand

Roger Bowling: Suspended indefinitely, possible broken hand

Conor Heun: Suspended indefinitely, possible broken hand

Kazuo Misaki: Suspended 45 days, facial laceration

Alexis Davis: Suspended 30 days, facial laceration

Pat Healy: Suspended 30 days, head laceration
