While the UFC itself has experienced a huge popularity surge over the past couple of years, one of the brand’s most notable properties has been dying a very slow, very unfortunate death.

The Ultimate Fighter, a show that chronicles a bunch of UFC hopefuls making their journey towards a deal with the best MMA company around, has seen its ratings decline noticeably as of late. The newest season, as a matter of fact, has been pulling the worst ratings ever achieved in the history of TUF.

And people are starting to take notice.

Check out what the good folks from prominent fake wrestling company WWE put up recently (via Yahoo! Sports):

Brutal. Now, it’s worth noting – a lot of this has to do with the WWE being jealous. The UFC is basically the real version of pro wrestling, so you can’t blame WWE folks for being insecure.

That said, they’re still speaking the truth with that graph. The Ultimate Fighter ratings have been sucking pretty bad as of late and, the sooner Dana White and Co. come to terms with that, the sooner they will be able to right the ship. (Or, put it out of its misery.)
