Muhammad Ali: 'Don't You Forget, I am The Greatest!'

| by Daniel Yancelson

Just last week, Floyd Mayweather said he is a better boxer than Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson.

“No one can ever brainwash me to make me believe that Sugar Ray Robinson and Muhammad Ali was [sic] better than me," he said. "No one could ever brainwash me and tell me that."

Well, Ali must have heard what Mayweather had to say, and even had a response for him. Earlier today, Ali tweeted out what can only be expected to be directed right at Mayweather.

He may have also been talking to anyone who agrees with Mayweather, like George Foreman.

"Pound for pound, Floyd is better than me and Muhammad Ali ever were," Foreman said.

"This is a better generation by far," Foreman added. "They're smarter, they're stronger, they're overall just better fighters."

It seems like Ali disagrees with Foreman and still believes he is the greatest. What do you think? Is Ali better than Mayweather? Will it take Mayweather winning the May 2 fight against Manny Pacquiao to be considered as the best, or is he already there with a 47-0 record?
