MMA News: UFC On FOX 2 Medical Suspensions

After a furious night of action, several fighters have been placed on medical suspensions after UFC on FOX 2. The majority face just 30- or 45-day suspensions, while the recently released Joey Beltran was handed a 60-day suspension.

Main event fighter Phil Davis, who lost a one-sided decision to Rashad Evans, is suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days. Nik Lentz, George Roop and Dustin Jacoby each face the same, while Chris Weidman, John Olav-Einemo and Chris Camozzi have 30 days with no contact for 21.

Evans received no medical suspension, clearing the way for a main event fight with UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones at UFC 145.
