Invicta FC 1 went own live yesterday (April 28) at Municipal Hall in Kansas City. The all female mixed martial arts promotion made their promotional debut and the card was stacked.

The main event was a long awaited rematch between former Strikeforce 135lbs champion Marloes Coenen and French submission ace  Romy Ruyssen. Also on the card was former Strikeforce contender Liz Carmouche, as well as former Bellator fighters Lisa Ellis and Jessica Penne.
