As the May 2 highly anticipated fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao nears, promoters and fans are all set to go, but what about the two fighters?

Apparently there is nothing to worry about with Pacquiao. According to his trainer Freddie Roach, the Filipino is in the best shape of his life.

"He is in top condition. Manny is a freak,” Roach said. “He runs, and his condition... we don't have to worry about that. He'll never lose a fight because he's too tired. It just doesn't happen. It's impossible."

Roach, who has been voted trainer of the year six times in 10 years, isn’t alone when it comes to believing Pacquiao is ready for the fight.

This judge looked an inmate square in the eyes and did something that left the entire courtroom in tears:

"He's better than I've ever seen him," Bob Arum, Pacquiao’s promoter, said. "I really think Manny's going to stop him (Mayweather).

"Mayweather's an excellent fighter, no question about that, and he creates a tremendous challenge for Manny. But I think Manny at this stage can rise to that challenge and win the fight. I think he has the better skill set of the two at this stage in their careers. I think he'll win with movement, by the number of punches that he throws, and I think his foot speed is a lot better."

Pacquiao will try to end Mayweather’s undefeated record in 47 fights at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, in what promises to be the highest-grossing fight in boxing history. It is expected to make more than $300 million, or possibly up to $500 million.
