50 Cent Was On To Something: Floyd Mayweather Struggles To Read Radio Pitch (Video)

| by Jonathan Wolfe

Turns out 50 Cent was on to something yesterday when he challenged Floyd Mayweather to read a page of a book. Floyd is really, really bad at reading.

Below you’ll find a clip from this morning’s episode of The Breakfast Club, a popular New York City talk show. In the video, co-host Charlemagne Tha God digs up an old clip of Floyd Mayweather reading an advertisement pitch for the show. Brace yourselves, because it is terrible.

Floyd stumbles, pauses, and misreads his way through the short script, which Charlemagne showed moments before should only take a few seconds to read. If you feel bad about laughing at this, remind yourself that Floyd beats up women. That's what I'm telling myself, anyways.

By the way, 50 Cent says Jimmy Kimmel wants Floyd’s reading challenge on his show.

“I got a phone call from my man Jimmy Kimmel,” 50 said in an Instagram video today. “Jimmy said if Floyd accepts the challenge then he’ll put in on the actual show. We want to put pressure on you. We know you can’t pronounce those words in that Harry Potter book, so we’re going to let you read Cat in the Hat.”
