Woman's Racy Photos To Land Her In Prison (Photos)

A former Connecticut high school teacher could go to prison for three years after she pleaded guilty on Nov. 28 to having sex with two teenage students.

The disgraced instructor, 39-year-old Allison Marchese, entered guilty pleas to two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of first-degree unlawful restraint, one count of second-degree harassment and one count of second-degree threatening, reports the Hartford Courant.

She was also charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, but a plea deal allowed her to only avoid the two more serious charges in exchange for a shorter sentence with five years of parole. If convicted in a jury trial on all counts, the mother of two would have faced a roughly 20-year sentence.

In addition to prison time, the former teacher was sentenced to appear on the Connecticut sex offender registry for 10 years and attend a sex offender treatment program. Because she is a Canadian resident, she could face deportation from the U.S. due to the severity of her crimes.

Marchese taught English and language arts and was a yearbook adviser at Daniel Hand High School, reports the New Haven Register.

She was placed on administrative leave in early 2015 and then subsequently fired after allegations broke that she sent racy messages and photos of herself scantily clad via Instagram and text message to two students, who were 14 and 17 at the time.

She also reportedly kissed and performed oral sex on the 17-year-old in a school classroom during school hours.

The arrest warrant affidavit states that Marchese began pulling the 14-year-old out of lunch and his free periods so they could talk in her classroom and that she began sending him long messages and urging him to respond.

She "became very forward and wrote things such as she could not concentrate during class because he was so good-looking and she could not sleep at night because she was thinking about him," states the affidavit.

Both teens are suing the school board for negligence in its handling of the situation. The two claims seek more than $15,000 each for failing to report Marchese's violations and failing to prevent the relationships.
