A woman from Ghana was surprised to find a piece of meat shaped like a penis in food she ordered from a restaurant.
The woman, named Akosua, ordered a soup-based dish called Tuo Zaafi from a fast food outlet in Accra, Daily Mail reported.
“I had gone to get some food from the food joint because I was hungry and my preferred choice was Tuo Zaafi, which I bought and took home to eat,” Akosua said, according to the Mail.

She had been eating for some time before she made the unusual discovery.
“I had eaten all the other meat in the soup and was about finishing off with the biggest piece when I noticed the funny looking meat which looked like a male genital organ,” she added.
She decided to seek advice on what the “meat” actually was.
“My sister opted to show it to a lab technician friend later, who said because the meat was cooked, an ordinary lab test wouldn't be able to prove it to be animal or human,” she said.

Earlier this year, a woman in the UK made a similar discovery when she came across a pork loin shaped like a penis.
Louise Watt only noticed the peculiar shape of the meat after returning home from a shopping trip. She was in the process of taking the pork out of the fridge to begin preparing the meal.
“I checked to make sure it was a good [color] and in date, but that was about it. I took no notice of the shape at the time,” Watt told the Mirror.
She added that all the adults present could not stop laughing about it.
As for Akosua, she may never find out exactly what the genital-shaped piece of meat was made out of, in spite of the lab technician’s help.
“He advised a forensic test be done on it but considering the bureaucratic processes these things go through, we gave up and the meat lies in our fridge,” she said, according to the Mail.
