Video: Corporate Front Group Airs Anti-Union Ad During Super Bowl

| by Michael Allen

During Super Bowl XLVI, a corporate front group, The Center on Union Facts, aired an anti-union commercial featuring two blue collar workers (possibly played by union actors) complaining about how the union takes money out of their paychecks, but doesn't mention the benefits of union membership, such as higher wages and health care (video below).

The Center on Union Facts has also run newspaper ads comparing unions to Kim Jong-il’s North Korean regime. They produced and paid for the 40-second ad, which ran in the Washington DC television market just before halftime ended.
