TV Reporter Fired After Being Filmed Ranting At Cop (Video)

| by Lauren Briggs

A 28-year-old TV reporter is out of a job after she was caught on video (below) calling a police officer an "f***ing piece of s**t" and yelling a number of other expletives and insults at him.

In the viral video -- originally uploaded to Facebook by New York City comic Wil Sylvince -- the former reporter, Colleen Campbell, yells at the officer that he and his fellow cops are "f***ing dictators" and "f***ing c***suckers" in front of a Philadelphia venue that she was reportedly kicked out of during a show with comedian Craig Robinson, reports the Daily Mail. Campbell allegedly disrupted Robinson's set and got into a fight with staff members as they removed her from the show. She was reportedly given multiple warnings.

But in the video, Campbell says that she "did not do s***."

"I stood there and laughed like the rest of the audience, like I should," she protests to the officer. "I did not disrupt anybody."

This young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.

The man Campbell is with shakes hands with the officer, who has not visibly reacted at this point and says he just wants the man to take her somewhere else.

"Or what?" Campbell interjects. "Or what, mother f***er? Lick my a***ole. How about that? F***ing piece of s**t. That's why nobody likes f***ing police… in this f***ing town."

The footage shows her making a noise and moving as if to spit in a bystander's face, though the man says she "wasn't able to pull it off." She also removes one of her shoes and tells the man to smell it. At this point, the officer puts her in handcuffs, as she tells him to stop using his stun gun on her. He informs her that he is handcuffing her for spitting.

"What's that called?" she yells. "What's that called? Assault? Show me videotape. You can't. That's why everybody hates you guys! You can't prove it! You f***ing piece of s***s."

As soon as the footage leaked, Campbell was reportedly fired from Philadelphia news station PHL 17, where Philadelphia Magazine reports she had been working since 2016.

"That's not me or how I talk or act or anything at all," Campbell told Philly Mag of the video. "I feel ruined and embarrassed for me and my family. … I want to apologize to the officer. I don't remember the whole altercation at all. I remember feeling attacked. I would never talk like that. It was like watching a whole different me."

Campbell, who also works as a bartender, said she had a few drinks that night but didn't exceed her limit, but said that "everything was foggy" and wondered if she had been drugged.

"I found out about [the video] later, because HR called me and said I was being terminated," she recounted. "They said there's a video. I said, 'What video?'"
