A Seattle Transport Security Administration agent has been suspended from his job and arrested on allegations that he took upskirt videos of female passengers.

Nicholas Fernandez, 29, was working as a TSA screener at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The TSA received a tip that Fernandez was taking inappropriate photographs of passengers, reports NBC News.

A TSA special agent was assigned to investigate the claims. According to the arrest report, Fernandez left his post for a break around 11:15 a.m. The special agent watched Fernandez, who allegedly followed a female passenger onto an escalator, activated the flash on his cellphone, and placed the phone beneath the woman’s skirt, reports the Seattlepi.com. The special agent reports seeing the screen of the cellphone, which showed upskirt video of the woman.

Fernandez was arrested on charges of voyeurism on July 19. He is being held on $7,5000 bail and has waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He was also suspended without pay by the TSA, reports the Daily Mail.

“TSA does not tolerate illegal, unethical, or immoral conduct,” said a statement by the agency. “When such conduct is alleged, TSA investigates it thoroughly.”
