Trump Shopper Melts Down At Black Employees (Video)

| by Michael Allen

A video (below) has surfaced of a self-identified Trump voter yelling at black employees and several customers at a Michaels craft store over a $1 reusable bag on Nov. 23 in Chicago.

One customer, Jessie Grady, filmed the Trump fan's meltdown and posted it on her YouTube channel -- The Beautiful Wild Magazine -- where it has gone viral.

Grady told the Chicago Patch that she was in the store with her 2-year-old child when the customer went on a "30-minute racist rant complete with yelling and cursing and repeated references to the fact that both employees were African-American."

The customer was allegedly upset because she felt the store employees were attempting to force her to buy a reusable bag.

This young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.

The video begins with the customer shouting:

Why don't you shut your face? And I voted for Trump, so there. You want to kick me out because of that? And look who won! And look who won! And look who won! ... I'm being discriminated against. Oh, I should be discriminated against? OK! OK! ... You want to discriminate against me and name call me

The irate customer then pulls out her cell phone and starts filming other customers in the check-out line who were already reportedly recording her.

"Keep videoing me. Because I can video you, too," she tells them. "You don’t want to be videoed? You don’t want to be on TV?"

The irate customer then walks up to Grady, and yells at her for filming:

I don’t know what you think you’re videoing, lady. I don’t know what you think you’re videoing. I was just discriminated against by two black women, yes I was, and you being a white woman, you literally thinking that’s OK. You standing there with your baby, thinking that's OK. I don't know what you're videoing, but your child is stealing. Uh uh, I don't think you paid for that ... And I can video you too, lady, I can video you too. Why don’t you go home to your husband who’s cheating on you?

Death And Taxes, an indie music and pop culture website, notes that the furious customer referred to store employees as "animals."

The customer is told by the store manager not to use foul language because there are children present. The police were called to the scene, but by the time they arrived the angry customer was gone.

"There were about 10 customers standing with the manager and most of (us) stayed the entire 45 mins to make sure we spoke to the police," Grady told the Chicago Patch via email.

Grady started a GoFundMe page for the store manager who took most of the customer's abuse:

I am starting this gofundme because I’d like to do something to try to make it up to the employee who was the main target of this racist attack. I’d like to show her that many people are horrified by how this woman treated her, and that we stand with her and appreciate her hard work.

She inspired me because despite the hateful words that were being hurled in her direction, she stood in that entranceway calm and unmoving to protect her staff and customers. Her calmness calmed me and I saw a true leader, which in today’s world, is something to be rewarded.

All proceeds from this gofundme will be given to this employee, who has three children, to try to make her busy holiday season brighter. In the current climate I believe it’s very important that we go out of our way to treat each other with dignity, kindness and politeness, and that we stand up for each other when we see people being mistreated.
