| by Michael Allen

Marcos Ortega is accused of hitting a senior citizen with his automobile and driving more than a mile with the man lodged in his car window.

The bizarre incident unfolded when a police officer in Ocean Township, N.J., answered a call about an erratic driver on Monday evening.

According to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, the officer pulled over Ortega's car and "observed a person halfway through the vehicle's windshield."

The officer estimated that Ortega hit Kenneth Moeller on the shoulder of the road and drove about "1.5 miles” with Moeller stuck in the car’s windshield, noted The Smoking Gun.
