Lacy was ticketed a third time, 70 minutes later, for speeding at 88 mph and not having insurance in Freeborn County.
The fourth ticket came before she entered Wisconsin. She was going 88 mph in a 70 mph zone.
State Patrol Lieutenant Eric Roeske said the offenses are petty misdemeanors, so Lacy wasn’t jailed.
