A 13-year-old girl was recently arrested for allegedly driving drunk with five passengers in the car, all under 14.
The bizarre incident happened on Wednesday night in Manitowoc, Wis., when a police officer noticed a vehicle driving without any headlights on (video below).
He pulled the car over and asked the driver for her license.
"She seemed a little impaired by his judgment," Manitowoc Deputy Chief Bridget Brennan told WFRV. "When he asked for license, she said she didn't have one."

The girl reportedly failed sobriety tests and was arrested.
According to WBAY, the teen was later released to her mother whose car she had taken.
"It's very uncommon for someone that young to be driving and to be caught driving under the influence," added Deputy Chief Brennan.
Tom Ritchie, of the Libertas Treatment Center in Green Bay, says booze is still the favorite drug of choice among teens. He says that almost 20 percent of teenagers admit to drinking before they turn 13.
"It's important for the parents and the family to have those conversations and keep that communication open," Ritchie told WFRV.
