CES 2012: Nex-Gen High Performance Car Stereos from Fusion

| by NuyoRiquena

Fusion Electronics clearly understands CDs are damn near obsolete, our mobile phones are a primary source of entertainment and everything is portable because we like to be on the go.  They debuted a new line of car stereos designed for mobile addicted audiophiles at the Consumer Electronics Show* in Las Vegas this week.

"Our new FUSION 800, 700 and 600 stereos revolutionize car audio entertainment customization," said Glenn Orr, general manager, FUSION Electronics. "Our units' sleek and attractive design, and unparalleled support for media types, makes our new head units the clear choice for any type of vehicle."

The FUSION CA-CD800 supports CD, MP3, WMA, USB, iPod and iPhone control and playback, and offers premium features for maximum flexibility. A2DP Bluetooth compatible, the system streams music from Bluetooth compatible devices such as Android phones and iPhones wirelessly. For ultimate integration convenience, the CA-CD800 features dual USB inputs, one in the front and one in the back of the unit, allowing users to connect and store one music device out of sight, while maintaining hassle-free access to connect an additional audio source. The CA-CD800 conveniently features three sets of 5V RCA outputs for front, rear and sub amplifier with Direct Subwoofer Level Control (D.S.L.C.). Providing user-friendly operator management of the most cutting-edge car audio system features, users can seamlessly shape sound, such as adjusting the bass, without fumbling through complex menus. The feature-packed system also includes a built-in Bluetooth hands-free Car Kit for making safe and easy calls while driving.

The FUSION CA-CD700 also supports control of CD, MP3, WMA, USB, iPod and iPhone devices and offers advanced sound features at an unparalleled value. The CA-CD700 provides a front-access USB input, as well as an SD card slot behind the device’s detachable face, allowing users to not only play supported music files from USB and SD cards, but also easily search tracks and folders to find favorite songs on the go. Like the CA-CD800, the unit also provides RCA amplifier connections with D.S.L.C.

Designed for drivers who no longer use CDs, the
CA-ML600 mechless stereo provides all FUSION signature sound features and flexibility with playback from iPhone, iPod, plus MP3 and WMA files stored on portable media players, Android devices, USB drives and SD cards. The system’s eight-band built-in graphic equalizer offers advanced sound control, and also features two 5V rear and sub RCA amplifier connections with D.S.L.C. for instant sub level selection.
