Texas Woman Pleads Guilty To Child Endangerment

| by Emily Smith

Texas woman Sandra Grohmann pleaded guilty to child endangerment after a witness reported that she was allegedly intoxicated and allowed her month-old baby to fall out of its stroller onto the sidewalk.

Grohmann was arrested around 6 p.m. on April 22 on South Houston Avenue. A witness reported that Grohmann appeared intoxicated as she pushed a baby stroller only 5 feet away from a busy street.

According to the eye witness report, the woman drunkenly fell and flipped the stroller, which allowed the infant to roll out.

Police officers determined that Grohmann was intoxicated and called Emergency Medical Services to take care of the child. The infant was released to Child Protective Services.
