Teen Sends Eerie Message To Family Before Disappearing (Video)

| by Jonathan Constante

A Utah mother who claims her 17-year-old daughter was abducted and placed into a sex-trafficking ring has made an emotional plea to have her daughter returned to her.

Amie Dunsey says her daughter, Sarah, was last seen at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Jan. 15, the Daily Mail reported. The teen was visiting Las Vegas with a group of friends, but never returned home.

"January 15 our daughter Sarah Dunsey was abducted from Las Vegas, Nevada; she's being held against her will and Sarah is a victim of sex trafficking," Dunsey said in a video she uploaded to YouTube. "This is my absolute worst nightmare. We need Sarah home.

"I cannot wonder where she is and if she is safe. Please help us find her."

This young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.

"Sarah… this message is for you: I want you to fight. Because I need you, all of us need you. The world needs you, so fight," Dunsey continued. "We are coming to get you."

The video included the last text message the family received from Sarah: "If I die tonight it's a guy named."

The name was not mentioned in the video. Dunsey said they did not want the person who they believe abducted Sarah to be tipped off.

Sarah is described as 5-feet 2-inches tall and 130 pounds. She has brown eyes, brown hair and a tattoo of a lotus flower on her ribcage.

Leah Hullinger, Sarah's aunt, told WPIX the family is trying to stay strong while the search for Sarah continues.

"All of this information is pointing to Sarah being held against her will and being trafficked and exploited," Hullinger said. "Some days we feel like we're close to finding her, and other days it just feels so overwhelming and so vast.

"To know she's being beaten, is being hurt and held against her will [s too much to bear]."

Hullinger said she hopes the video somehow reaches Sarah.

"This lifeline to her family so she knows, don't let them strip you of your identity and [who] you are, and everything that you are: Don't let them do that to you," she said.

The family did not provide any further details as to why they believe Sarah is being trafficked.
