A senior at a high school in Silverdale, Wash. said she was not allowed to go to her prom because of her large breasts.

Brittany Minder attends Central Kitsap High School, where students are allowed to wear strapless dresses as long as their lower back, midriff and cleavage are covered. But because Minder has larger-than-average breasts, she couldn't do anything about her cleavage showing.

Here is what happened when a pastor walked by President Trump after a prayer service:

"In my opinion, I feel that it is because I'm bigger chested and there is more cleavage that you can see, and there's nothing I could really do about that," Minder said.

"It was blatant from the start that the school was not being fair in how they were enforcing that rule," her father, Gary Minder, said. "A girl like Brittany should not have to go to a dance in a burlap sack because she's large busted."

Her mother believes they should have let her wear the dress because all women are not created equal.

"You can not compare a golf ball to a grapefruit. It ain't gonna happen," Kim Minder said.

Though Brittany was allowed inside prom after she covered her cleavage with a shawl, she decided not to stay long because the incident ruined her night.

"I felt self-conscious and they took the magic out of the night," she said. "It was tough being there after all that happened. I didn't feel comfortable. I already had a blow to my self-esteem. I didn't really want to be there anymore."

Her parents are seeking an apology from the school.

Brittany wasn't the only girl to be denied access to prom over her dress in recent years. In April of 2012, Texanna Edwards was denied from prom after she wore a confederate flag dress. Officials wouldn't allow her because they found the dress "offensive and inappropriate."

Edwards said everyone loved the dress, and she blamed two black women for going "off on the principal."
