Kyle Yeomans, a 23-year-old from Florida, was patronizing Derriere's Gentlemen's Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on Nov. 22 when he reportedly decided he wasn’t pleased with the jiggle in the stripper’s wiggle and commented that she should lose weight.

The dancer, who has not been named, allegedly reached off the stage and struck Yeomans’ face four times, WMBF and The Smoking Gun report. He was then escorted out of the club.

Yeomans later told police that he would rate his intoxication level as an “11 out of 10” at the time of the incident and described the dancer as having a “muffin top," according to WMBF. However, Yeomans decided he didn’t want to press charges against the dancer and just wanted to file a police report, although he did have injuries consistent with being struck.

According to the police report, which was obtained by The Smoking Gun, Yeomans told the dancer to hit the gym and lose weight because “the dancer was annoying him and that she kept trying to talk to him and he was tired of it.”

Police tried to follow up with on the matter, but the club was closed. The case remains open.
