Video of the incident shows a white man in a light-colored suit expressing anger because someone spilled coffee on him inside of the Starbucks, WLS reports.

The white man appeared to spit at the black man before the two men nearly exchanged punches. However, bystanders intervened between the two before punches were thrown.
The white man then shouted at the black man: "Get on all fours right now! Get on all fours! Do not walk off on two legs!"
Moments later, the white man punched a 59-year-old man, who appeared to be homeless, and dropped him to the sidewalk, DNAinfo reports.

In one Facebook posting, Boucher defended a Muslim woman who was booted out of a Trump campaign rally in January 2016: "This is total bullying! Are any of you really voting for this kid? And I'd love to tell that woman in person how well she took that! I'd give her a high five!"
CNN could not reach Boucher for comment on June 8, and he refused to comment to DNAinfo in a phone call on June 9 because of legal issues regarding his upcoming court date.
