Shoppers Stunned As Man Wears Nazi Uniform In Supermarket

| by

A man was asked to leave a supermarket in Cambridge, England after customers complained about his wardrobe – a full Nazi uniform.

The unnamed man was walking down the aisles at Asda before being asked to leave the store following complaints from shocked customers.

One of the shoppers said it was “an affront” that someone would walk around in broad daylight wearing a Nazi uniform, according to Cambridge News.

“I wanted to make sure he was evicted. My grandmother’s family were annihilated in the gas chambers and I thought here is this bloke parading about,” said Rosina Rusin, whose father was Polish and mother was of Dutch-Jewish descent.

As the incident took place on Halloween, some initially thought it was just a costume. However, MSN reports that the man apparently regularly wanders around town in the ensemble.

“He was just standing there in all that gear. It’s not very nice. At first I thought it was just a guy in costume,” Neil Doron stated. “I do not think people should have that on at any time of year because of what it stands for. It’s not nice for people in Cambridge.”

A spokesperson for Aida said, “We had a number of customer complaints so we asked him to leave the store.”

Police were called to the store, but apparently no charges have been filed.
