Nickelodeon is coming under fire after people noticed a picture of a pair of breasts on a wall in a scene from the popular kid’s show “Oggy and the Cockroaches.”

In the scene, a framed picture of a woman with a pair of exposed breasts can be seen on the wall. Parents noticed the picture, and soon after, “boobgate” started online. The Daily Mail reports that one father told TMZ he saw the breasts in the show and was “extremely unhappy” after having to give an uncomfortable anatomy lesson to his eight-year-old son.

“Of course the image was inappropriate,” online user Hedda G wrote, according to the Daily Mail. “That being said an eight year old boy is in 3rd grade. He should know about breasts. The little guy should have a basic understanding.”

“Ok so it's ok for women to breastfeed in public but a cartoon of boobs is horrible,” wrote Facebook user Megan Mayhew. “If an eight year old has never noticed women have boobs than I'm glad his dad had a talk with him. Stop making the naked body so taboo.”

“Wait so the father was concerned about the boobs in the background but not the filth that his kids was watching I mean, the characters were poisoning each other and lit eachother on fire!” another user pointed out. “But you're worried about cartoon breasts smh get your priorities straight.”

The Daily Mail reports that Nickelodeon’s US website appears to have removed “Oggy and the Cockroaches” from its website and its schedule. The network has yet to comment on the matter.
