Now that Donald Trump has been elected president, will Rosie O’Donnell leave America?
The Political Insider reports that O’Donnell stated quite clearly that she would leave America if Trump were elected president.
O’Donnell has previously voiced her opinions on issues such as the Second Amendment, saying, “I think the Second Amendment is in the Constitution so that we can have muskets when the British people come over in 1800. I don’t think it’s in the Constitution to have assault weapons in the year 2000.”
According to Right Wing News, O’Donnell is not the only celebrity to have made her anti-Trump views known to the public. Cher, Samuel L. Jackson, and Jon Stewart have all publicly attacked Trump, who fired back at each of them over Twitter.
Popular VideoThis young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.
Jackson was recently asked who the better golfer is -- him or Trump. He responded, “Oh I am, for sure. I don’t cheat.”
To which Trump promptly replied on Twitter: “I don’t know @SamuelLJackson, to best of my knowledge haven't played golf w/him & think he does too many TV commercials—boring. Not a fan.”
Now that Trump has been elected, will these celebrities curb their disdain for him, or amplify it even further? Only time will tell.
