Fitness guru Richard Simmons has reportedly undergone a secret sex change and now goes by the name Fiona.
In the past two years, Richard Simmons, 67, has undergone breast implant surgery and hormone therapy, the National Enquirer reported.
The front cover of the magazine shows Simmons donning a fur coat, long brunette hair, and makeup.
“[This is] not just in drag,” a friend of Simmons told the National Enquirer. “This is Richard dressed as a softly spoken woman named Fiona!”

“This is c*** but thanks!” Simmons’ publicist, Tom Estey, told the Daily Mail, in response to the story.
Simmons has yet to publicly confirm his new identity. However, he has reportedly left his home in the past few months dressed as a woman, according to the Daily Mail.
The reports surfaced shortly after Simmons was taken to the hospital after suffering severe dehydration on June 3. His longtime caretaker, Teresa Reveles, 64, called 911 claiming Simmons was acting strangely.

Simmons was released from the hospital on June 6 and was reportedly "feeling great."
Simmons’ former personal assistant, Mauro Oliveira, told the Daily Mail that Reveles was controlling Simmons with black magic.
“He told me last time we spoke,” Oliveira said. “I asked him, ‘does she control your life?’ He said ‘Yes.’
“And I believe she's doing black magic, yes I believe that's what she's doing.”
However, Simmons denied those claims in phone calls to two talk shows.
“I am not kidnapped. I am just in my house right now,” Simmons said. “No one should be worried about me. The people that surround me are wonderful people who take great care of me.”
“She's been with me for 30 years,” Simmons added of Reveles. “It's almost like we're a married couple.”
“For the last 40 years I have been traveling, teaching classes, and I had a knee injury, so I had a knee replacement, which was very difficult for me,” Simmons continued. “I have really just been taking it easy, staying at home, working out in my gym and doing the things I haven't done in a very long time.”
