Brevard County, Florida Sheriff's Deputy Chris Wood is in hot water because his message on professionalism backfired.
Deputy Wood brought an Arizona Ice Tea can and a bag of Skittles to the Brevard County Jail on Saturday morning.
Trayvon Martin was carrying an Arizona Ice Yea can and a bag of Skittles when he was killed by George Zimmerman in February 2012.
According to WFTV.com, Wood claimed he was trying to send other employees some sort of message about not mixing personal and professional views at work.

"His delivery of that message was completely insensitive to not only the people in the room, and the things that were going on in our community, and our society, at that point, and that's what stimulated us looking at it," stated Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.
Ivey said Wood met with his supervisors and apologized to his co-workers.
