A YouTube user with the handle "IAMOYAB" posted a video today of a woman calling him the N-word outside a Dollar General store in Cheektowaga, N.Y.
The video (below) appears to begin midway into the incident when a black man, who is recording the woman, keeps reminding her that she called him the N-word.
The man also claims that one of her children is “cursing” at him, notes RawStory.com.
The woman, who is on her cell phone, walks over to the man's car and yells into her phone, “He’s got me on video tape and I’m still flipping the f--- out. I called you a n------! You’re a n-----! Nasty f----- n------! He's a f------ loser! He thinks he's going to get something out of this!”
Later in the video, she states, "He wants to put it on YouTube because he’s a racist, because he’s a racist ignorant n------!”
The woman in the video, who reportedly uses the name "Janelle Ambrosia" on Facebook, gave a radio interview to WBLK 93.7 FM today in which she claimed the black man almost hit her children with his car.
“I’m not a racist,” said Ambrosia. “I have a black cousin. He just pissed me off, I’m bipolar. Quite frankly, if you look it up, n------- means an ignorant person. It has nothing to do with race, but it’s okay for him to call me a cracker and a honky though. That’s racist.”
“I’m really not a racist, I was just pissed off,” added Ambrosia. “Am I supposed to apologize? Oh yeah, I’ll apologize for him almost him almost hitting my kids and losing my temper.”
Speaking about the video, Cheektowaga Police Chief David Zack told The Buffalo News, “There is possibly disorderly conduct that could possibly rise to the level of harassment, but both are violations.”
