CNN anchor Miguel Marquez was reporting on “peaceful” protests in New York City regarding Michael Brown when chants of “f*** CNN!” disrupted the live report.
“This is a very peaceful protest,” Marquez reported. “People are extremely upset though, and as we have gone through the night, the anger, the level of voices has only gotten louder.”
Suddenly, chants of “f*** CNN” could be heard, which began to drown out Marquez’s reporting. One man even flipped off the camera as he yelled.
“As we said, we don’t know what’s going to happen, so we apologize for that," CNN host Don Lemon said.
