Neil Marshall Nailed For Auto-Erotic Activity In An Automoble, at 70 mph While Texting

Neil Marshall apparently missed the class in driver’s ed when they teach you to keep both hands on the wheel.

The 49-year-old man from Strawberry Green, Whitby, England appeared in court Wednesday to face charges of driving while pleasuring himself — for the second time.

And presumably, this isn’t the second time he’s done it, only the second time he’s been caught. But perhaps now he is finally getting the message that behind the wheel of an auto is not the best place to indulge in auto-erotic behavior.

“He bitterly regrets his actions,” said his lawyer, Adrian Evans. “He never intended to be seen by a member of the public.”

Marshall was not only masturbating while driving on August 8, he was engaged in the behavior while fully naked behind the wheel of his Ford Escort.

A truck driver, who was able to see directly down into Marshall’s car from the cabin of his vehicle, spotted Marshall in action, took down his license plate and reported it to authorities who tracked Marshall down soon afterward.

To make matters worse, Marshall was speeding along the M56 Motorway in Chester, England, at about 70 mph as he enjoyed his little alone time. But that’s not all.

According to Evans, his client got “carried away” while involved in a “messaging conversation.”

According to recent statistics, text messaging while driving increases the risk of an accident by a factor of 23. The risk is certain to be higher for texting and masturbating while driving, but there are no statistics available on that.

Marshall, however was not charged with any traffic offense. Instead, he was hit with a 12 months of court supervision and another year of community service, as well as about $240 (£145) in fines for commiting “an act of outraging public decency.”

Back in 2008, Marshall was convicted for the same offense. At that time, he was hit with just six months of supervision and six of community service.
