Miami Beach Police Officer Kenneth MacLeod reportedly pulled over Albert Valdes and gave him an $1,000 ticket because the license plate on his motorcycle was obscured.

Valdes sarcastically said “God bless you” during the traffic stop, which caused Officer MacLeod to go on a profanity-filled rant, which included a threat to take Valdes to jail.

According to, Valdes recorded the incident (video below) on his cell phone.

“Have a good day," Officer MacLeod tells Valdes. "Get out of my face before I decide that this may not be the best judgement that I’ve made."

“God bless you,” Valdes states.

“You know what?” says Officer MacLeod. “I’ll throw your ass in jail. You want to be a sarcastic b----, I’ll be even a bigger b-----.

“You’re f------- with the wrong dude, bro, I’ve been here longer than you f------ been alive. I’ve put up with more s--- than you can ever think of," Officer MacLeod shouts. "You want to test me again, you’ll be finding Dade County Jail real hunky dory tonight.”

Officer MacLeod also calls Valdes a "little wise-ass 20-year-old punk."

In response, Miami Beach police spokesperson Vivian Thayer told the Miami New Times, "The person in the video has yet to file a formal complaint against the officer. The department is being proactive and is investigating the video and everything that led up to the officer's reaction."

Valdes claims he has more video footage of Officer MacLeod being unprofessional and may post it online.
