Picture: World's Largest Cheeseburger Contains 4.1 Million Calories
The Black Bear Casino Resort near Carlton, Minnesota, has set a world record with its enormous cheeseburger that is 10 feet in diameter and weighs 2,014 pounds.
The burger included 60 pounds of bacon, 50 pounds of lettuce, 50 pounds of sliced onions, 40 pounds of pickles and 40 pounds of cheese, reports the Daily Mail.
The burger also contains a whopping 4.1 million calories.
Guinness Records representative Philip Robertson verified the record-setting burger and told the Duluth News Tribune: “What I saw today was a feat of remarkable teamwork that resulted in a world record burger that actually tastes really good."
An outdoor oven, powered by propane torches, and 15-foot steel skillets were built to cook the burger and its bun.
After being cooked, the burger was served to gamblers as part of the Black Bear Casino Resort's Big Burger Bash.
