A young man named Bud Weisser was arrested for trespassing at the Budweiser Brewery in St. Louis.

According to St. Louis Post-Dispatch, 19-year-old Weisser was arrested at the brewery after hopping a fence around 6:48 p.m. on Dec. 3 and entering the facility.

He was told to leave by security personnel, and authorities were called after an altercation took place, reported FOX 2 Now.

Weisser was taken into custody and issued summonses for trespassing and resisting arrest.

In July, Weisser pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary charges relating to an Aug. 21, 2014, break-in that resulted in him climbing through a shattered window to escape, according to St. Louis Post-Dispatch and FOX 2 Now. He turned himself in for the crime in December of 2014 after his DNA matched blood found at the scene, reported FOX 2 Now.

Weisser was sentenced to five years in prison but was granted a suspended execution of the sentence if he met certain conditions, reported St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
