A man who had cancer, an MRSA infection, three bouts of meningitis and a heart attack said he may be the world's most unlucky man after he caught his wife cheating on him with his best man.
Oliver Pugh, a 26-year-old father of two from Buxton, Derbyshire, England, had a series of illnesses, including a cancerous tumor on his spine as well as MRSA, when he found out that his wife, Grace, had begun an affair with his best friend, Joe Felstead, who had also been the best man at his wedding, according to the Daily Mail.
Oliver discovered the affair by tracing Grace's phone via the Find My iPhone app, which led him to Felstead's house. He said he was worried about Grace when she wasn't coming home for long periods of time and he couldn't get in touch with her.
"I've always been good friends with Joe," Oliver said. "He was mentally struggling at the time and needed some company."

He added, "I was on medication at the time and couldn't drive so Grace offered to go and have a drink with him and ended up at his house. From there on, she kept telling me she was going to see her sister or friends."
After discovering that she was at Felstead's house via the app, Oliver still couldn't believe Grace was cheating on him.
"Even then I just thought she had gone out and got drunk," he said. "When she got home I asked her where she had been but she continued to lie to me."
From there, the drama spiraled. Oliver told Grace he knew that she had been at Felstead's, and she finally confessed. When Oliver went over to his friend's house to talk, he discovered that Felstead had taken an overdose. Oliver called an ambulance, and told him that he knew about the affair.

Oliver's saga of medical emergencies started in 2012 when his doctor discovered he had a tumor on his spine, which needed three different surgeries to remove it. After the tumor was finally gone, Oliver contracted meningitis.
The same year, Oliver lost half of his thumb in an accident, and the wound later became infected with MRSA, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, a "superbug" bacteria that's hard to treat.
Since his doctors declared him healthy in January, Oliver said he has a new partner and has put most of his effort into opening his own bar, according to Report UK. He also said he and Felstead, who is no longer with Grace, are on good terms again.
"I was definitely the unluckiest man in the world, but he's actually done me a favor in the long run," Oliver said.
