Malia Obama was pictured at a house party in Philadelphia next to a bong.
A photo surfaced online of Obama, President Barack Obama’s eldest daughter, sitting around at a house with several other people around her. Among the partygoers were bottles of beverages and what appeared to be a large bong.
There is no evidence that Malia was smoking marijuana at the party, but someone around her most certainly was. Ironically, the first daughter had on a T-shirt -- which she had also worn to the Made in America festival -- that featured the words: "Smoking Kills," notes Perez Hilton.
The shirt was speculated to be a reference to the controversy surrounding the recent photo of her smoking what appeared to be a joint, New York Magazine reported.
According to the New York Post, a source said that Barack is “furious” with his daughter regarding the controversy.
“This is the president’s worst nightmare!” the source said. “The end of his term is in sight -- and the carefully crafted image of a world-beating family is unraveling right before his eyes!”
Following the revelation surrounding Malia’s alleged marijuana use, the president reportedly took his daughter on a walk at Martha’s Vineyard -- where the source said that the conversation was serious.
“I’m sure he had some choice words for his daughter during that walk they took,” said the source.
