Friends of Kanye West claim the rapper is having a "psychotic break."
Sources claim financial and relationship problems -- ranging from his friendship with Jay Z and Beyonce, to his marriage with Kim Kardashian -- may be to blame, the Daily Mail reports.
"There are fears he is having a nervous breakdown," a friend said, Page Six reports. "He’s surrounded by all these crazy people, but there’s nobody he listens to or who can rein him in. He’s a mad genius, and he’s spiraling further and further out of control. Basically everything crazy he does is ‘art,’ so he is becoming more and more unpredictable."
Another source claims West's work ethic and schedule may also be to blame.

"He's just exhausted," a source told Us Weekly. "He's been working around the clock on fashion design, both his own line and the Adidas line. He's a notorious workaholic ... so balancing both that work -- which is extremely important to him -- and the rigors of the tour every night, it really wore him out. All the time spent away from his family has been a stress on him, as well. They are the most important to him."
According to other sources, that's not how his wife feels. Sources say Kardashian was hurt that West did not take time out of his tour to comfort her after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
It has gotten to the point where Kardashian allegedly is also growing tired of his outbursts and "narcissistic" personality.
"She wants him to grow up and really be a man, stop throwing tantrums and thinking throwing a tantrum on stage is more important than being with your children, especially after she just went through this horrible ordeal," said one source.

The rumors of West's breakdown come as he announced on Nov. 21 he will be canceling the rest of his 22 Saint Pablo Tour concerts.
"It's a new world, Hillary Clinton," he said. "It's a new world. Feelings matter. Because guess what? Everybody in middle America felt a way, and they showed you how they felt ... It's a new world Barack [Obama]."
