A gigantic underground bunker in Tift County, Georgia, is being sold for $17.5 million.

The bunker, built in 1969, can withstand a 20-kiliton nuclear blast and was renovated to government standards in 2012.

It sits on about 20 acres of land and features 3-foot-thick walls, an updated air intake system and showers for decontamination.

The living areas include 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a media room, an exercise room, recreation room and workshop.
