A gigantic underground bunker in Tift County, Georgia, is being sold for $17.5 million.
The bunker, built in 1969, can withstand a 20-kiliton nuclear blast and was renovated to government standards in 2012.
It sits on about 20 acres of land and features 3-foot-thick walls, an updated air intake system and showers for decontamination.
