The captain of the cruise ship that capsized off the coast of Italy has been arrested. Francesco Schettino was charged Sunday with manslaughter, abandoning the ship and causing the disaster. Investigators say he committed "very serious judgment mistakes" before and after the ship capsized on Friday.
The death toll stands at five, but at least 17 people are still missing. More than 4,000 passengers were rescued.
