It was a frightening scene at a soccer match in Mexico this past weekend -- gunfire outside a soccer stadium left fans and players scrambling for safety.
Multiple videos show the match going normally Saturday night when suddenly dozens of shots rang out. Players darted off the field, while fans ran for their lives or ducked behind seats and barriers. The Los Angeles Times reports that the gunfire was aimed at a police station outside the stadium.
The incident happened in the city of Torreon, one of the many Mexican towns where drug murders have become the norm since the government began its crackdown of drug cartels in 2006.
Two amazing things to note: Just how long the shooting lasts -- and the fact that nobody was hurt during the incident.
