Video: Kids Pose with Santa Claus and Machine Guns at Gun Club

Ron Kennedy, the general manager of the Scottsdale Gun Club in Scottsdale, Arizona says that his “Santa machine gun event” is a “holiday tradition” (video below).

Kennedy told Fox News on Monday that the Scottsdale Gun Club is trying to “add a little holiday spirit into people’s Second Amendment rights” by allowing members to bring their children to take photos with Santa Claus and machine guns, reports MediaMatters.org.

Kennedy said: “We do go all through the safety precautions, remove the firing pins, no fingers on the triggers.... Santa’s been supportive… He likes seeing the families enjoy the shooting sports together.”

Kennedy added that he has no plans to expand the holiday to Easter, yet.
