The Tea Party Report with Susie Susie Sampson recently asked some Republican congressmen their opinions of children using guns, reports CrooksandLiars.com (video below).
"The only way to stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun, " responded Rep. Matt Salmon (R-AZ).
Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS) told Sampson: "I'm a proud gun owner and my son is as well, an eleven year old. Again, there's a long tradition, not just of hunting, but of self-defense."
Conservative Grover Norquist repeated the often-debunked NRA talking point that gun control was to blame for the rise of the Nazi party in Germany. "Every dictatorship had gun control once it got into power," claimed Norquist.

However, Germany's Weapon Law of 1938 only restricted Jews, not other Germans from owning firearms. No type of gun control law such as that has been proposed by the Obama administration.
