Milwaukee Sheriff Warns Assault Weapons Ban Would Start 2nd American Revolution (Video)

| by Michael Allen

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke recently warned that a federal ban on assault weapons could spark “the second coming of an American Revolution."

Sheriff Clarke made headlines last year when he told residents to arm themselves with guns instead of relying on the police and 911, which was reputed by Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, reported NPR.

Sheriff Clarke made his scary prediction on Tuesday during an interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on his InfoWars.com Internet program (video below).

According to RightWingWatch.org, Jones, asked Sheriff Clarke about state and federal governments trying to ban assault weapons and added, "What is your take, from a lot of analysts I've talked to, think that the Obama-Marxist types want to start a civil war in this country.”

“To me that would be an act of tyranny," replied Sheriff Clarke. "The people of Milwaukee County do not have to worry about me enforcing some sort of order that goes out and collects everybody's handguns or rifles or any kind of firearm."

“I believe that if somebody tried to enforce something of that magnitude, you would see the second coming of an American Revolution, the likes of which would make the first revolution pale by comparison,” added Sheriff Clarke.
