A Florida man has been charged with manslaughter after accidentally killing his date during a kinky sex session gone wrong, WFLA reports.
Tyrone Fields, 21, of Tampa, Florida, accidentally shot and killed 18-year-old Christina Meagher while role-playing during sex.
The incident occurred on Nov. 7 at the Regency Inn and Suites in Tampa, where Fields and Meagher had booked a room for their rendezvous. Before having intercourse with Meagher, Fields reportedly held a gun to her head as part of a role-playing scenario at the woman's request.
Fields told Tampa police detectives that he took the magazine out of the 9mm semiautomatic pistol before holding it to Meagher's head, but forgot to remove a bullet that was still in the chamber. When he pulled the trigger during role-play, he shot Meagher in the head and killed her.

Fields called 911 immediately and told responding officers that the accident had occurred during "freaky sex."
The police said that the evidence was consistent with the man's version of events. Surveillance video from the hotel reportedly shows the two entering the room consensually, and the victim showed no signs of sexual assault or other injuries besides the gunshot wound.
Fields rented the hotel room in person on Nov. 6, according to surveillance footage. He told investigators that he had only known the woman for a few days before the incident.
He has been charged with one felony count of manslaughter, and is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail on $30,000 bond.
Meagher's relatives said they have a lot of questions about her untimely death.
"That just flipped my whole head around, I mean i honestly don't know what to believe anymore," Nathan Bradley, Meagher's cousin, told ABC Action News after learning the details of how Meagher died.
He said police told him a slightly different story when he went to identify his cousin's body.
"I never actually truly believed the story because there was always a doubt in my mind that that's not really how it happened," he said.
This was not the first time someone was accidentally killed during sex. In October, an 18-year-old woman from Glendale, Arizona, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for accidentally strangling her 43-year-old boyfriend during sex, the Phoenix New Times reported at the time.
