Armed Robbers Rush Into Restaurant And Demand All The Cash, Quickly See They Made A Big Mistake

| by Charles Roberts

Koy Sam was locking up his restaurant, K&S Seafood Bar and Grill, in Houston, when two armed robbers ran in demanding money from the register. Luckily for Sam and his wife, an armed customer came to the rescue.

Sam was cleaning the back room of the restaurant just after 8 p.m. on Saturday night when his wife ran back screaming and panicking. Two armed men had walked in looking for money from the register. While one man held the owners on the ground at gunpoint the other man went to clear the cash out of the register. As he was walking to the register an armed customer pulled out his weapon and confronted the thieves.

The turn of events surprised the robbers and one ran off. The unnamed customer fired his gun at the escaping robber while he held the other on the ground. Police do not know if the escaping robber was hit by the gunfire. The customer was able to keep the other man on the ground until police arrived.

Sam described the heroic customer, saying, “He was amazing. He absolutely kept us all calm, made sure everything was okay." Sam added that although nothing was stolen, he was planning on having a surveillance system installed as soon as possible.

The suspect who escaped is still at large and police are searching for any possible leads to identify the man.
