Grandfather Hit By Own Car During Road Rage Fight (Video)

| by Michael Allen

A bizarre incident of road rage in Hemet, California, was caught on video (below) on July 31.

Tracy Leavitt was arguing with another man next to the man's white pickup truck when a second man ran over Leavitt with Leavitt's own car, reported the Daily Mail.

An unidentified witness filmed as Leavitt, a 53-year-old grandfather, was tossed into the air.

Leavitt was not able to move after being struck by his own vehicle, but the man, who argued with Leavitt, yelled, "Yeah!"

The two men then left the scene.

Hemet police released the video on Aug. 3 in hopes of identifying the two men, who are described as white or light-skinned Hispanic men.

Leavitt reportedly suffered a collapsed lung and broken bones.

Leavitt's wife Sabine told KTLA that her husband had hip replacement surgery after the incident and will soon have leg and knee surgery.

A GoFundMe page was started by Leavitt's family to help pay his medical bills.
