Rochester, N.Y. Mayor Lovely Warren recently announced that the city would add transgender health care benefits for city employees and their families who are enrolled in the city government's health care plan.

According to the Democrat & Chronicle, Mayor Warren said that city employees will be eligible for psychological counseling, hormone therapy. cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries beginning on Jan. 1, 2014.

Rochester radio personalities Kimberly and Beck, who host the 98.9 "Breakfast Buzz" show, mocked the new health care coverage, transgender people and their sex organs this morning, noted Towleroad.com (audio below).

"The dude can look like a lady and the city is going to pay for it!" stated Kimberly. "Your, your, your tax dollars at work!"

"Does that mean then if women want a boob job, they'll pay for a boob job because that's only right?" asked Beck.

"The services that will be paid for under the new coverage, gender reassignment surgery, psychological counseling, because you're probably a nut job to begin with," replied Kimberly.

Kimberly then said that Beck had a "mangina," and Beck replied that she had a "penis."

"It's a slippery slope," added Beck. "Then if some woman can go to a doctor and it'd be proven that she's got mental issues because her rack's not big enough then you know what? She deserves a boob job, Right Kimberly? Or she deserves liposuction."

In response to public outcry over the show, 98.9 tweeted today, "As a result of Kimberly and Beck’s hateful comments against the transgender community we have suspended them indefinitely."
