Chelsea Clinton filmed a video for a group fighting to legalize gay marriage via Referendum 74 in Washington State (which ultimately passed on election day), but NBC News killed it, reports BuzzFeed.com.
Clinton was hired by NBC News last year to be a correspondent on the network’s “Make A Difference” series, which featured "good news."
Apparently NBC News stopped the gay rights group from airing the video because of Clinton's position at the network, a source familiar with the ad told Buzzfeed.com.
Popular VideoPeople were so furious about this Pepsi ad that Pepsi pulled it after just one day. Watch it here and decide if it's offensive:
The video wasn’t intended for TV broadcast, a second source said, but would have been a web-based release.
A third source said that Clinton described her belief, in the video, that everyone should have the freedom to marry.
