Maine Super PAC Opposes ‘Sodomy Based Marriage’

A newly-created Super PAC in Maine is asking residents to sign a truth pledge against “sodomy based marriage,” which they say is being advanced by “demonic forces."

Same sex marriage opponents Paul Madore (pictured) and Mike Heath formed the 'No Special Rights PAC' and began distributing their pledge at the University of Maine at the same time the school was kicking off its Pride Week.

A copy of the pledge calls on signers to “Vote NO on Sodomy Based Marriage in November.” Those signing the pledge also promise to use the term “Sodomy Based Marriage” and avoid the deceptive terms “same sex or gay marriage.”

At a press conference, Madore told reporters that homosexuality was a “culture of death” because it spreads AIDS and “doesn’t bring forth life."
